Disclosure: This data is collected when the app is in use and, depending on your device settings and role requirements, may be collected in the background to track travel history during working hours. This data is shared with your Employer/Administrator via the Admin Dashboard.

B. Camera & Images

We access your device's camera :

• Selfie Verification: Verify identity during attendance Check-In/Out.
• Visit Documentation: Upload photos of client meetings or sites.

These images are securely uploaded to our servers and are viewable only by your organization's administrators.

C. Personal Information

We collect the following personal information to create and manage your account:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Employee ID

D. Device Information

We may collect information about your specific mobile device, including hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure app security and compatibility.

We use the collected information for:

• Workforce Management: Providing accurate attendance and activity reports to your employer.

• No Third-Party Sale: We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties.
