AITIVITY stores the following information locally on your device:

• Custom AI Profiles: Names, descriptions, and instructions for AI assistants you create
• Chat History: Conversation history between you and your AI assistants
• App Preferences: Settings and configuration data

Important: All this data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or third parties (except as described in Section 3 below).

1.2 No Personal Account Data

AITIVITY does not require account registration. We do not collect:

• Email addresses
• Names or personal identifiers
• Payment information
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

The information stored locally on your device is used solely to:

• Enable the app's core functionality (creating and managing AI assistants)
• Maintain conversation history within the app
• Remember your app preferences

We do not access, read, or analyze your local data for any other purpose.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google Gemini API

AITIVITY uses Google's Gemini API to power AI responses. When you send a message in the app:

• Your message and conversation history are sent to Google's servers to generate AI responses
• Google's Privacy Policy applies to data processed through the Gemini API: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• We use a built-in API key for convenience; however, your conversations are still processed by Google's services

Data Transmission: All communication with Google's Gemini API is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

3.2 Google AdMob

AITIVITY displays banner advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information for ad personalization and analytics. This includes:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
• App usage data
• General location information (if available)

We take data security seriously:

• All data stored by the app remains on your device

Important Note: If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data (AI profiles, chat history) will be permanently deleted. We recommend backing up important conversations if needed.

5. Children's Privacy

AITIVITY is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual AI profiles within the app
• Clearing chat history for specific conversations
• Uninstalling the app (which removes all local data)

Since we don't store your data on our servers, deletion is immediate and permanent.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Posting a notice in the app (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• Delete your data (by uninstalling the app or deleting profiles/chats)
